The PVC Blaster Tutorial is Done Check it out HERE
This is my replica Imperial blaster. The body is made from 1 1/4" PVC pipe. The battery pack and the scope power unit are both made from Evergreen styrene. The scope is made from PVC and styrene and the grip is made from wood with a layer of styrene. The trigger is also styrene.
The scope rail and the stock arms are made from aluminum strips I got at Lowes. The stock rod is a dowel and the stock grip is made of styrene. I had to add a clip under the barrel to hold the stock when folded. The trigger protector is also made from aluminum.
I changed some things on my blaster because I found different plans on how they were made. I think it turned out pretty good and it only cost about $38.

The blaster below was my first attempt, I think it turned out good but it lacked the detailing I wanted.
